Shipping & Delivery

At Mark&Zin, we are committed to delivering your exquisite pearl jewelry with care, efficiency, and reliability. Please find below all the details regarding our shipping and delivery policies.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

  • Made-to-order & Custom pieces: For personalized or made-to-order jewelry, please allow 1-2 weeks for crafting and quality checks before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer both Standard Shipping (including free shipping on qualifying orders) and Express Shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

  • Other Countries & Regions: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

Express Shipping

(Available at checkout for an additional fee)

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: Estimated delivery within 4-10 business days.

  • Other Countries & Regions: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

All shipments are handled by reputable, trackable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@markandzin.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

Within 48 hours: Cancellations made within this window will be fully refunded with no penalty. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

After 48 hours: Cancellations requested after the 48-hour window will incur a 20% fee of the total order amount. This fee reflects the operational costs already incurred, as we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.

Already shipped: If your order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel or intercept the package. You may contact us after receiving the item to initiate a return or refund process.

Please note:

For returns that are not due to product quality or design issues, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, as it has already been incurred.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in such cases.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We encourage you to reach out as promptly as possible if you need to cancel. Our team will be happy to assist you with care and discretion.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on local regulations.
