All orders over $299 ship free. Orders under $299 have a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
Express shipping costs range from $35 to $40.

Yes, all our pearls are natural and ethically sourced. We have our own pearl cultivation farms, which allows us to carefully select only the highest quality pearls. We prioritize ethical standards and use gentle, sustainable methods to produce non-nucleated pearls with exceptional luster and superior quality.
4A pearls offer superior luster, shape, and rarity — perfectly round pearls are rounder, and baroque pearls have a richer shine. These are reserved for our finest pieces. 3A pearls still meet our high standards for beauty and quality, making them a more accessible choice without compromising elegance
We use high-quality sterling silver, plated with genuine 18k gold, enhanced with a rare rhodium coating that adds a luxurious shine and durability. Our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, offering a superior look and feel compared to standard silver jewelry.

Yes, all Mark&Zin pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty. Beyond that, we also offer lifelong after-sales service at a reduced cost. If you ever have any issues with your pearls or jewelry, we’ll work with you to find the best and most affordable solution—because your satisfaction means everything to us.
