We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. All Mark&Zin jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Non-human damage occurring under normal usage conditions, such as breakage or structural faults due to production issues.

• Issues that arise from quality problems—not from everyday wear or accidents.

If you believe your piece may have a defect, please email us at service@markandzin.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or misuse.

• Loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.

• Subtle changes over time from regular wear, which are a natural part of jewelry aging and personal use.

• Requests based on subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.

Special Note on Freshwater Pearls:

All our freshwater pearls are naturally formed and one-of-a-kind, each with its own shape, luster, and surface texture. Minor variations—such as gentle asymmetry, tiny pits, or natural marks—are authentic features of real pearls and do not qualify as defects.

These individual differences are a hallmark of genuine freshwater pearls and part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made through official Mark&Zin channels and is valid for the original purchaser only.
