Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: Usually take 1 to 2 weeks to craft with care — every custom piece is uniquely made just for you, so it’s always worth the wait.
Shipping fees vary slightly based on your location and order total:
All orders over $99 ship free. Orders under $99 have a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
Express shipping costs range from $12 to $40.

If you can't locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly reach out to the carrier to investigate and keep you updated. RETURNS
Yes — we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully happy, you can return or exchange your item within 60 days of delivery.
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide easy step-by-step instructions.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–7 business days (excluding original shipping, duties, and taxes).
MATERIALS
Yes, our pearls are real freshwater cultured pearls. Real pearls are organic gems, so each one can have slight variations in shape and surface – this is normal and part of their natural character.
At this price point (USD 39–79), issuing an individual gemstone certificate for every piece would add a lot of extra cost, so we focus our budget on better pearl quality and craftsmanship instead.
Instead of charging you for a paper, we:
- Source directly from our own workshop and long-term partners
- Inspect every piece multiple times before shipping
- Clearly show close-up photos and videos so you can see the real surface and luster
If you would like a third-party certificate for a higher value order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
4A pearls offer superior luster, shape, and rarity — perfectly round pearls are rounder, and baroque pearls have a richer shine. These are reserved for our finest pieces. 3A pearls still meet our high standards for beauty and quality, making them a more accessible choice without compromising elegance
We primarily use 925 sterling silver and high-quality, nickel-free alloys for our jewelry. Many designs are finished with 18K gold plating or protective coatings to enhance durability and shine.
Every product page clearly lists the metal used, and all pieces that touch the skin (like earring posts) are designed to be comfortable for daily wear.
WARRANTY
Yes, all Mark&Zin pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty. Beyond that, we also offer lifelong after-sales service at a reduced cost. If you ever have any issues with your pearls or jewelry, we’ll work with you to find the best and most affordable solution—because your satisfaction means everything to us.
